Jennifer Salisbury |
Jennifer Salisbury is a senior associate with Block Markus & Williams LLC and specializes in commercial litigation and the representation of secured creditors, unsecured creditors, official committees, and trustees in restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Jennifer is a member of the American Bar Association and the bankruptcy and litigation sections of the Texas Bar Association. She also has served as a lecturer on litigation and bankruptcy issues to various professional organizations. Prior to joining Block Markus & Williams LLC, Jennifer practiced commercial litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency law with Carrington Coleman Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP in Dallas, Texas. Jennifer received her B.A. degree in English and Political Science from Rice University in 1992 and her J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1998. While at Columbia, Jennifer was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar and the Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. Jennifer is admitted to the Colorado and Texas State Bars. She is licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
