Keith F. Woods |
Keith F. Woods is of counsel with Block Markus & Williams LLC and has specialized in commercial leasing and loan documentation and loan workouts for various national, regional, and local financial institutions since 1982. Prior to joining Block Markus & Williams LLC, Keith served as Senior Corporate Counsel with U.S. Bank and Associate Counsel with United Bank of Denver. His duties for those financial institutions included negotiating and documenting commercial leases and loans, ensuring the bank’s compliance with bank regulatory procedures, resolving problem leases and loans, and supervising various commercial litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. Keith is a member of the Business Law Section and Commercial Financial Services, Developments in Business Financing, and Uniform Commercial Code Committees of the American Bar Association and the Commercial Law and Financial Institutions Subsections of the Colorado Bar Association. Keith received his B.S. degree from Ohio State University in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1978. Keith is admitted to the Colorado and Ohio State Bars. |
