Sheri L. Kelly |
Sheri L. Kelly is of counsel to Block Markus & Williams LLC, where she specializes in commercial loan documentation for various national, regional, and local financial institutions, including asset-based lenders and commercial banks. In addition, Sheri has substantial experience in public trustee foreclosures, loan workouts and restructurings. Prior to joining Block Markus & Williams LLC, Sheri practiced in the transactional department of Fisher, Sweetbaum, Levin & Sands, P.C. Sheri received her B.A. degree from Reed College in 1993 and her J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1996. Sheri is admitted to the Colorado Bar, and is a member of the Denver, Colorado and American Bar Associations. |
